All goods must be paid for in advance at the time of placing an order.
Payment can be made using any major Credit Card or major bank Debit Cards.
Delivery is normally made within five working days and you will be advised when the goods have been despatched from our works.
To arrange a return please read our terms and conditions and then fill in the product returns form.
If goods are received damaged we must be notified within three working days and both the goods and packaging must be retained for possible inspection by us.If the goods are incorrect in some way, we must be informed within three working days as to the nature of the problem and depending on the nature of the problem we would ask you to repack the goods and we will arrange for our carrier to collect. Normally this can be arranged within a day or so.
Goods that are the wrong type or colour are normally replaced within 72 hours of advice given to us.
If goods are cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order the full cost will be refunded.If goods are cancelled within 3 days of placing an order a 50% refund will be madeThere is no refund on goods cancelled after 3 days of placing an order.
We will use our best endeavours to maintain our delivery promises but accept no responsibility or liability for any costs or damages that may arise as a result of late delivery.
